By subscribing to the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>-To subscribe to the SMS service, the User must opt-in by providing their mobile number to <b><i>New Era Solar Energy<\/i><\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>-The User acknowledges that message and data rates may apply.<i>&nbsp;<\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 700;\"><i>New Era Solar Energy<\/i><\/span><i>&nbsp;<\/i>is not responsible for any charges incurred by the User.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>-The User acknowledges that they may receive up to 1-2 messages per week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>-The User may opt-out of the SMS service at any time by replying &#8220;STOP&#8221; to any Message received.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&#8211;<span style=\"font-weight: 700;\"><i>New Era Solar Energy<\/i><\/span>&nbsp;will promptly stop sending Messages to the User upon receipt of the opt-out request.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Disclaimer of Liability<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><p><i style=\"font-weight: 700; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3); font-size: 1rem;\">New Era Solar Energy<\/i>&nbsp;will not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by the use of the SMS service.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The User assumes all risks and responsibility for the use of the SMS service.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>By subscribing to the SMS service provided by&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 700;\"><i>New Era Solar Energy<\/i><\/span>, the User agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
